Our Animals
All of the money raised by doing shows and all of the donations received, are given right back to the animals in the form of bedding, grain, food, enrichment and housing.
Every one of our animals is a part of our family and a very important Animal Ambassador! We invite you to see some of our family!

Fennec Fox Background: Fennec Fox are the smallest of all the fox. Their status in the wild is unconfirmed. They are omnivores who eat birds, insects, lizards and fruits. They live in colonies of up to 10 and sleep in underground dens. They are 10-16" long and live an average of 8 years in the wild. They weigh 2-4 pounds. They are very high-strung and skiddish animals.

Geoffroy's Cat Background: Geoffroy's Cats are native to the bottom half of South America. They eat small rodents, lizards and birds. They average 6-10 pounds, about the size of a housecat. They live up to 17 years in captivity.

Ringtail Cat Background: Ringtail Cats are in the Raccoon family and they behave much like our raccoons here in New England. They live from Texas through Mexico. They eat just about anything, but prefer meat (rodents, birds, etc). Their body is 12" long, their tail another 8". They weigh 2-5 pounds. They live up to 15 years in captivity.
*Bandit retired from doing shows as of 1/1/2010 due to his age. He will spend the rest of his life enjoying his retirement with us!

Savannah Cat Background: Savannah Cats are a cross between an African Serval and a domestic cat. People started cross-breeding these 2 animals so we could have a wild-looking cat with a domestic cat personality. They live 12-15 years and weigh up to 20 pounds.

Striped Skunk Background:
Striped skunks live throughout the US. They are in the Mustelid family which includes weasels and ferrets. They are omnivores who love to eat bugs, grass and seeds. Their body averages 12-18" long and their average weight is 10-13 pounds. They live up to 10 years in the wild.
Marmoset Background: Marmosets are one of the smallest primates in the world. They are omnivores who live in colonies in the rainforests of Brazil. The fathers carry the babies on their backs to care for them. Their bodies are 6-8" long and their tails are even longer! They weigh up to 1lb and they live up to 15 yrs.

Patagonian Cavy Background:
Patagonian cavies are the second largest rodent in the world. They live in South America and eat mainly grasses and seeds. They are commonly hunted by other animals. Their body is 15-18" long and they weigh 20-25 pounds. They live up to 10 years in captivity.
American Alligator Background: American alligators live in the southern US. The first few years of their life they grow an average of 1 foot per year. They can grow up to 15 feet long. They are carnivores who eat most types of animals living in their area. They can live 50-60 years.

Bengal Cat Background: Bengal cats are a cross between an Asian Leopard Cat and a domestic cat. People started cross breeding these 2 animals back in the 1960s so we could have a wild-looking cat with a domestic cat personality. They live 12-15 years and weigh up to 20 pounds.

African Hedgehog Background: There are 16 species of hedgehogs and they live in Africa and Europe. They live in a variety of habitats ranging from deserts to forests and they eat mainly insects. They are 4-6" long and live up to 7 years.

Blue Tongued Skink Background: Blue Tongued Skinks ar reptiles in the Skink family. They live in a variety of habitats in Australia, rainging from grasslands to rainforests to deserts. They eat insects, worms, flowers and berries. They can grow up to 23" long and live up to 20 years.

Ferret Background: Black-footed ferrets are in the Mustelid family which also includes weasels and skunks. They are carnivores who mainly prey on prairie dogs and mice. They are 15-16" long and live an average of 5 years in the wild. They weigh 1-3 pounds.

Ornate Horned Frog Background: Frogs are amphibians. Amphibians usually drink water by absorbing it through their skin. They eat mainly insects and small fish. They are 5-9" long and wide, and can live up to 10 years in captivity. They can weigh up to 1 pound!

Chinchilla Background: Chinchillas are in the Rodent family. They are endangered in the wild, but common as pets. They live in large colonies along the mountainsides of South America. They eat mainly grass and leaves. They are 5-7" long and live an average of 5 years in the wild.
